Study in France from Kenya: English-taught degrees in data, artificial intelligence, business and engineering, up to 964 hours of work a year, and a post-study permit to look for a job.

France offers a growing number of programmes taught fully in English. Our partner DSTI School of Engineering in Paris and Sophia-Antipolis teaches computer science, data science, AI and cyber security for €14,000 to €18,000 a year, and is currently offering international students a 50% scholarship. Most lower-cost public university programmes are taught in French.

Visa: Kenyan students apply through Campus France ('Études en France') and then for a long-stay student visa (VLS-TS). You must show at least €615 a month for living costs, and validate the visa online within three months of arriving.

Entry after KCSE: bachelor's or foundation programmes at private schools. A Levels and the IB Diploma give direct entry; master's programmes need a bachelor's degree.

Intakes: September or October, with some programmes starting in spring.

Work and after study: up to 964 hours a year (about 20 hours a week). Master's graduates can apply for a temporary residence permit (APS) to look for work in France.

MultiWorld International guides you through Campus France, your application, the scholarship and the visa.
